General Program FAQs
What is Operation IMPACT all about?
Operation IMPACT helps military service members severely injured in the global war on terrorism (GWOT) identify potential career opportunities with Northrop Grumman.
Who is eligible for this program?
To be eligible for Operation IMPACT, a candidate must have been severely injured during combat operations in the GWOT after September 11, 2001, and have a Veterans Administration disability rating of at least 30% and special category (SPECAT) casualty code.
