Operation IMPACT hire Wanda Jacobs supports the Document and Information Collection and Management Program for I&TSD at its Skyline facility in Falls Church, Virginia. As a Document Collection Specialist – Records Representative, she works with the client to determine the documentation required to support deployment force health protection issues and events. She also works with IT staff to develop appropriate online storage, management, retrieval, and document/information analysis capabilities. Wanda joined Northrop Grumman in August 2006.
