Adam Davis began active duty in July 2005 and was deployed in August 2006. After becoming injured in Iraq during February 2006, Adam was sent to the wounded warrior regiment at Balboa Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. It was here that he met Tracey Daley, a Northrop Grumman Operation IMPACT champion. In April 2008, Adam was hired as a technician with Northrop Grumman’s Integrated Systems sector at its facility in Rancho Bernardo, California. Adam thanks Operation IMPACT for all they have done and exclaimed with enthusiasm about how much he loves his job. He recently wrote that he is “very proud to be here at Northrop Grumman, it's been one of the best experiences of my life.”
